Responsibilities include educating guests on Napa Valley history and providing them with information of events, restaurants, wineries, shopping excursions and other places of interest.  Ensuring their enjoyment and comfort is a priority.

My responsibilities were to meet and greet guests upon arrivals at airports.  Check baggage, put clients into cars or buses and extend services as needed.
