Ever since I came to California over 30 years ago, there has been nothing I have enjoyed more than sharing my enthusiasm about the Bay Area with anyone who will listen. I am known among my friends as a cheerleader for Sonoma, Napa and San Francisco counties. Sharing information about the area puts my experience as a teacher, winery employee and wine tour designer to good use.
I am fluent in French and especially enjoy leading tours in French. I have Bachelor and Masters degrees and a certificate in hospitality from Golden Gate University.
As an event planner with demanding clients who want to see everything in a compressed amount of time, I have found the services of the tour guild lifesaving. Not only do they make me look good, they make the local, personal connection that charms my guests and makes them feel more than just tourists. They're not only guides, they are superb hosts for any visitor.
